The RGA Serial Numbers on the Mark II attachments are preceeded by RT.
On the Mark I models, the pedestal that supports the Universal Head is the fixed type and is not hinged.
On the Mark II models, the pedestal that supports the Universal Head is the hinged type.

When Bernard got the RGA a few of the parts were missing. He has been able to fabricate the missing parts to bring the RGA into use.
I believe he has some detailed CAD drawings that will enable you to build the RGA from scratch.
